We provide precision profile cutting of all types of material, utilising
Laser, Waterjet and CNC Router cutting technologies.
We utilise CAD drawings to provide the cutting instructions.
LASER CUTTING
Laser Cutting provides high quality, precision cut components in sheet
or plate form.
 Mild
steel, Stainless steel and Aluminium profiles are cut to within tolerances
of up to 0,1mm. depending in thickness.
Parts fit together with precision. As a result, end products are easier
and faster to assemble.
WATERJET
CUTTING
With this cold cutting technique, no heat is generated in the work-piece
therefore eliminating material deformation or changes in mechanical
properties.
 The cut is free of
traceable burring, eliminating manual deburring or machining.
This accurate cutting action is equally effective with very hard or
thick materials as well as thin details in stone, glass and metals.
CNC ROUTING
Machining procedures such as routing (milling), drilling, boring,
engraving and modelling are handled in one process with ease with CNC
Routing.
 In
addition to profile shapes and holes, the ability to engrave in 2D, 3D and
multiple depths, makes this the ideal process when it comes to making
moulds and patterns.
Virtually any material can be processed, with typical applications
including the Metal, Plastics, Sign making, Woodworking and Mould making
industries.
